B2B growth consulting
Nobody can forecast a referral.
Most established companies grow on goodwill. A partner mentions you. A booth conversation turns into a contract. It works, and nobody in the building can say when it will work again. We build the part of growth you can plan around, run it until it carries pipeline, then give it to you.
The problem
You have a network. You do not have a system.
A network is the people who already know you. It is valuable and it is finite. It grows when they talk about you, and it stalls when they get busy.
Trade shows feel like a channel. They are the same network in a bigger room. When the board asks what next quarter looks like, the honest answer is a guess with a spreadsheet around it.
Good years you cannot explain are just bad years that have not arrived.
The arithmetic
Four ways in. Most firms use one.
There are only four ways to reach a buyer who has never heard of you. Most companies have lit one of them and filed the rest under someday.
Outbound
You start the conversation, with a person you chose, about a problem they have.
Content
You answer the buyer's questions before they ever reach a salesperson.
Referrals
Someone vouches for you. This is the one almost everybody already runs.
Paid
You rent attention. It stops the day the spend stops.
The lit square is usually referrals. The dark ones are where growth you can actually forecast tends to live.
The method
We switch on the channels you never turned on.
We design them, build them, staff them and run them. Outbound sits at the center, because it is the one channel you control end to end. Every message is researched and written for one named buyer, and a person reads it before it goes. We reach people who have a real reason to hear from you, and we stop the moment someone says stop.
Around that core we build the authority a buyer checks before replying: press coverage, short video, and a site that answers the questions they would otherwise save for a call. Then we work on search, so that when a buyer asks an AI assistant for a shortlist in your category, your name is on it.
It is called a lab for a reason. Each channel runs against a baseline we agree with you before anything starts. If a channel does not move that baseline, we change it or we cut it.
The exit
Then we hand you the keys.
Most outside help gets paid to stay. We would rather leave well. When the channels are producing pipeline, everything moves to you: the playbook, the data, the sequences, the research method, and your own people, trained to run it without us.
You own the engine outright. Keep us around to support it, or do not. Either answer is fine with us.

Get the Bench Map.
Before anyone talks about a build, we read your business from the outside. The Bench Map shows which of the four ways in you run today, which sit idle, and where an engine would fit first. It is short and free. There is no deck and no obligation. Tell us who you are and we will start reading.
